The Fund is a living planetary laboratory with an initial network of six real-world bioregional contexts – Barichara, Cascadia, Forests of the NE, Greater Tkaronto Bioregion (GTB), Northern Andes, Ogallala – each creating its own funding ecosystem.

A "community fund" that truly serves the whole-life context of a given place is made up of two things. First and foremost, it is a story lived out by those who share a common purpose. Second, it is a web of relationships that provides the context in which the story can flow forward through collective efforts.

In this spirit, the Earth Regeneration Fund is a story of bioregions around the world coming together to manifest their own regenerative funding ecosystems. It is a collaboration between bioregions in which we are learning together, supporting each other in emergent ways, and encouraging the flow of value exchanges that strengthen our relationships and enable our impacts to grow up to the planetary scale.
